In a large bowl, combine baking mix, salt/pepper, onion powder, Umami seasoning, cheese.
Add cooked breakfast sausage to the bowl and stir
Add beaten eggs, milk and maple syrup
Mix just until combined
Add baking powder and baking soda
Stir and immediately add to muffin tins
(Optional: drizzle tops with additional maple syrup)
Bake 12-15min
Let stand for 5min then remove to tray to completely cool
Notes
~ You can sub out pancake mix for the baking mix. You will need to adjust the baking powder as well.~ Use any meats/cheese you like! Take this and make it your own!~ Bump up the protein by using protein mix!
