The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies You’ve Ever Had; Ingredients
Nothing fancy to send you to a gazillion different stores for out of the ordinary items; just simple pantry staples that you probably already have in your kitchen!
Flour, brown sugar, butter, vanilla, eggs, sugar, chocolate chips and a SECRET ingredient: instant vanilla pudding!

The Recipe:
Add the butter, brown sugar, cane sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl of a stand mixer and mix until well combined. After the sugar mixture is ready, add the eggs, one at a time making sure to combine thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt and vanilla pudding. Mix with a whisk or sift to make sure there are no lumps. Add your choice of chocolate chips to the flour mixture and stir.
On low speed, slowly add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl, 1/2c at a time until all of the dry ingredients are combined into the wet ingredients.
Place the cookie dough in a storage container and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill. At this point, if you are not using your cookie dough immediately, it can be frozen and pulled out to use at a later date.

After 30 minutes, remove the cookie dough from the refrigerator and drop by spoonfuls in a free form onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake at 325 ~ 350*, for 8 – 10 minutes. The cookies should be light golden brown on the top and the edges.
Take the pans from the oven and allow the cookies to rest on the pans for another 5 minutes and then remove to a cooling wrack to cool completely.

Store the cookies in a cool dry place in an airtight container, if there are any to store! If you have any left after a week, I would store them in the refrigerator or freezer.
Enjoy with a cold or hot drink or just as they are as a nice sweet treat!
