This recipe is a super fun & easy way to feed your family dinner any night of the week with staples in your pantry and freezer!
The Beef & Cheese Loaf will feed multiple people and is always a crowd pleaser. Take this fun loaf to family get togethers and tailgate parties! It also travels well and is perfect for sharing.
Living on a working farm, I am always looking for ways to feed my family and multiple people. This recipe for me is similar to a one pot meal. I just put all of the components together and serve. A side salad and a couple of vegetables as sides would be great additions to round out a meal.
On nights that I am in a big hurry I will buy a loaf of Italian or French bread from the grocery store. This allows me to skip the step of baking bread. I’ve also made the bread and frozen it to pull out for this recipe when I need to skip a step. The meat mixture can be precooked and frozen for the future and you can purchase preshredded cheese to make preparing this meal that much faster.
There are many variations that can be done with this basic recipe. Change up the meat, the cheese, or add some garlic, peppers, green onions and the options are endless to customize however you would like!
